No customisation options required - You have limited choices like just create, read only etc..and that too without any additional payment / fee compared to other providers (like cloudatcosts or sendgrid which has similar features but higher pricing than exmailexchange provider ). Also their performance was not upto mark while sending mails during peak hours- It's bit laggy sometimes although its one big data center setup across multiple countries so I'm sure it cannot cater all users around us! But still try if you get cheap rate then go ahead otherwise there will always some more expensive offer coming up!! I like that it has all my contacts in one place, and allows me to manage my emails at once. It's super easy to use! It can be a bit confusing for beginners, but if you have some experience with other platforms like Gmail or Outlook, this will come naturally. In general, I like how well it works. It's great for business communication. I like that it keeps all communications in one place, and makes it easier to answer them as a team.
