They are great for garbage bags
I mean it does the job as a garbage bag. Our jar is small so it fits and I've never had a problem with tearing. But since it doesn't hold a lot of stuff due to its size, the gap isn't a huge issue. They smell nice when you first put them on, but it won't eliminate odors. Since it's relatively small, we end up taking out a lot of trash, so "freshness" isn't a big deal either. So they work well, but if you take out the junk often enough, you don't need the flavored version.
