It never gets too hot in California, but I wanted my son to have something cute and stylish with everything. I love that it has a faux hoodie that isn't too hot and is fully lined. The buttons on the sleeve and pocket work but instead of complicated buttons on the front you get the look but there is a handy zipper my son can do himself. He is 5 and I would like to say that I have ordered 5 or 6 and I am very happy with the fact that he has room to grow so he will benefit a lot from him. Jackets like this are expensive in store so Covid has since shopped more from home and actually saved money. Clothing can be hot or boring, but this one definitely hits the spot in both quality and size.
