This is the second Oumers tool I've bought and it did the job. The chain breaker worked without any problems and the included quick release links fit my chain. You don't really need a tool to loosen the quick connect when you have pliers to reinstall the quick connect. Just assemble everything and then while holding the rear wheel with one hand apply a good amount of torque to the crank with the other hand and this will close the Quick Link.
