A couple of months after the purchase, the touchpad began to fool, the arrow jumped all over the screen and clicked on the shortcuts itself, it looked like a virus or as if someone was watching your screen, it was decided by turning it off and on. At first it was rare, but then more and more often. Turning off the pen did nothing, I had to turn off the touchpad and use the mouse, which is not always convenient. And then the touchpad just stopped working. After 10 months, it stopped charging, does not see charging, I have to go out of my way to set up the wire. Since it does not hold a charge at all, it is simply not possible to use it. A wild disappointment from a top-end Dell laptop for 100k. Would not recommend anyone to buy.
