I don't like to leave reviews, but I can't get past such injustice. In vain you scold this laptop. For 4 years I tried to understand who is cooler - Dell or HP. I had, in chronological order, Dell XPS 13, HP Specter 360, HP Elitebook 1040 G4, and the last one is this laptop.
As a result, there were no problems with Dell! So I would have sat on the XPS 13 if I immediately took it from 16GB of RAM. And HP is a tin. they didn’t get out of the services, their biggest problem is the cooler. They fly every half year. Even new ones come to the service ALREADY defective)))
As for the XPS 15th - friends, I don’t even know where all these glitches come out of you, falling apart! ciphers, etc. Who doubts the choice - read the reviews first (I advise you to always start with Notebookcheck. Com). There are very objectively indicated both the pros and cons of laptops, and not only.
Well, now a little in order. Crooked cases and other external defects - well, maybe the laptop was delivered by 2022 post, otherwise it cannot be explained. The XPS lineups have long been at the top of everything they can, including cases that feel like bricks in the hands (in a good way). First of all, of course, XPS 13 is always in the top, but 15 is no different from it.
Finger scanner button and so on - too, everything works super fast and super clear for me (hello, HP! ).
Battery - like everyone else. Keeps calm for 6 hours (these are 3 Skype, 100 tabs in 3 chrome, mail, TG, votsap, etc. , well, you understand). If the screen is 4K, then of course 30 percent less. But why do we need 4K in 15 inches, and even more so in 13 - it's not clear. Ponto for the sake of it.
The keyboard is a unique and beautiful thing in this particular laptop. No wonder they made it magnetic (especially for this laptop). The key travel is minimal, but they click as it should. As a result, it is very pleasant to print on it. It should be said right away that this laptop still has a whole bunch of know-how, such as a cooling system, a chipset with a soldered discrete video card (only the new HP Specter has such a chip, hello HP! :)), 4x! usb-c connectors, and all rechargeable, etc.
