Review on 🚿 Enhanced Shower Experience: Filtered Shower Head for Chlorine Reduction, Dissolved Solids Removal, and Increased Water Pressure by Darin Merriwether

This item arrived on time and all items were in perfect condition. The shower head, when properly installed (see below), offers the best shower flow of any shower head I have ever used. The current is exactly the same as in the picture and gives the feeling of soft water. There were a few issues that other reviewers mentioned when installing this setup. Leaks were observed at the point where the shower head connected to the shower holder, and the device continued to leak when turned off. In addition, the device lets through a large amount of water when delivered. These problems were completely solved by purchasing and installing a KES K1140B shower head shut-off valve G 1/2, shiny chrome, between the shower head and the shower holder. I opened/closed the check valve halfway and all leaks in the ports were completely fixed, as was the leak at the shut-off. Like other reviewers, I used a small amount of tape on the joints. The only other issue is the look of the aluminum body that attaches to the French Gold shower mount. However, the shower jet fully justifies the look of the two metals. It would be nice if the seller provided a better understanding of the chemical exchange between the trapped pellets and the incoming jet of water.
