SPEED: MUCH faster than I expected considering they refuse to list write speed anywhere. (130MB/s read // 45MB/s write) I've scoured the internet to find out how fast this drive writes because it's not listed anywhere. Here the top speed seems to be around 48 MB/s, but it's around 35-42 MB/s depending on the file type. That's very fast for such a small hard drive. It's even significantly faster than my massive Corsair Flash Voyager Slider 32GB USB 3.0 drive, which writes at around 32-35MB/s. As announced, the read speed is a very high 130 MB/s. I uploaded a 1080p video from my windows. Laptop 8.1 and connected to the phone. I was able to stream videos straight from my USB stick with no crashes, slowdowns or stuttering. It didn't take long to transfer the file to my phone either. Size and Design: SMALL. It's not as small as the Kingston 64GB Data Traveler Micro Duo (link below), but it's 2-3 times faster and more secure. Draft. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LIXJ54K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The build seems pretty good. The slider works well and locks in place, so the connectors don't bounce back during use, and they lock into the 'protected' position fairly well, which should help prevent the pins from bending or getting damaged in your pocket. The ports also stick out a lot, which is GREAT because it makes it easy to plug this thing into your phone even if you have a big, bulky case that makes the port difficult to access. The small silver part of the handle also slips easily onto a keychain, but I think it could be plastic (I could be wrong) that might not hold up in the long run. I will update this review if it breaks as many of these USB sticks have cheap keychains that break over time. I hope it's metal (Kingston is metal). Functionality: works! Hassle and no installation. plug and play Overall conclusion: Super and definitely to be recommended! $36 for a 64GB USB 3.0 which is tiny, very fast and also connects easily to my Android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S5). i can't win A word of caution (if you don't care about write speeds, the Kingston 64GB Data Traveler Micro Duo costs almost half the price (around $22) and reads just as fast. If you don't like waiting for files to transfer (and if you For example, if you have a 64GB USB drive, you probably intend to do some large transfers), you'll be happy with that.Remember, there are much faster USB 3.0 flash drives out there, but they tend to be much larger and do not have dual OTG functionality.
