I DONE these extensions in 4 days! I wanted to remove them, I used petroleum jelly, coconut oil. FAIL, I tried, it helped. I made an eye. Not a huge sting, manageable discomfort, but yes it will sting if it gets in your eyes or waterline, which is hard to avoid if you're doing it yourself and are desperately trying to get rid of it.
