I was happy to see that it was a lot smaller than I expected and I just put it on the wall behind the monitor. If I want to go there, I just tilt my monitor. That means it doesn't take up space. The problem I have is that when printing a label for Ebay (and others) you have to buy a label and it asks for a label in the settings on the eBay page. like 8x11 and should be changed to 4x6. THEN it will print correctly. The next problem I had was that when trying to print an 8x11 PDF it decided to pull ALL the stickers/paper until it ran out each time. So I had to reload ALL the paper until I figured it out. The solution is to print something 4x6. After I was done everything seemed to be working fine. I'm happy. Pros = It's great to give you a set of test labels to get you started. = Everything was of pretty decent quality, and the price with a coupon was around $70-80. = Giving you a nice golden USB stick with software to install. It really is better than anything I've had before. = There is an installation video on the USB stick. Cons = It requires a lot of knowledge on how to print/get labels from standard media in the right size, so it's not really true. pretense.
