Broken pole - Polk's tech rep said "impossible "

Okay, I'm 64 years old and have been involved with electronics/stereo/music/studio all my life. I bought an Atrium 8 and installed it under my roof today. Everything is assembled and I go to tighten the speaker wire to one of the red bars; When tightening, I twisted it well and "BOOM" broke off - what the hell? I AM NOT A SUPERMAN. See pic. NO WRENCHES OR PLIERS - JUST MY RIGHT HAND. Revain Prime is great as always with quick replacements in just a few days. THANK YOU AMAZON. But since I've been dealing with electronics for decades, I thought I'd help POLK's QC department and report this issue and send them a first hand photo. Well, the tech basically told me it "can never happen". In fact, he didn't believe me. But why should I lie? I have nothing to gain or lose. Really trying to HELP Polk. The rep wasn't interested in the picture, lot number, or serial number. and almost laughed at me. Whatever it is, dude. I attached an alligator clip to a broken pole just to test the sound. PHENOMINA L. WO W. THE BEST OUTDOOR SPEAKER I'VE EVER HEARD! Deserves a 5+, but I'm giving Polk Company an overall rating of 1 based on comments like "can't happen", "can't do anything", "everything else", etc. I just find it weird. Still highly recommended - you won't be disappointed (unless the pole breaks :). Last tip: be careful when pulling wires on poles. .
