Disappointing Lip Moisturizer Fails in Hydration
I was excited to try this lip moisturizer, but it left much to be desired. Despite claiming to both exfoliate and hydrate, my lips felt dry and rough after use. One positive is that it did have a pleasant scent. Overall, it fell short of my expectations and failed to deliver the beauty benefits it advertised.
