Right out of the box, the remote control didn't work properly in terms of power supply to the device. I contacted J-Tech and they said I need to update the firmware. I soon found that the device was not displaying the program simultaneously on the two monitors I was using. When I contacted J-Tech they wanted to know the brand and serial numbers of my monitors. This was a little disappointing for me as both of my monitors were less than a year old and were made by LG and Samsung, two of the leading brands in the market today. Shortly after, my Xfinity system showed an error message which I was only able to fix by unplugging the device from my system. At this point I ran out of patience and I sent the matrix unit back and then bought an Avenk 4X4 matrix switcher for about $50 less and the unit still works with no problems. I cannot recommend this router to friends or anyone else.
