This is the second matrix I've bought these things work great. At least so far they work great for my home and for another client. I'm an AV integrator and look forward to using this in other jobs. I've tried MANY other "cheaper" matrices in this price range ($150-$350) and found that you usually get what you pay for and take a risk. Well, these units just work. Program the universal remote for even better control.

I have had this unit for over 2 years and use 3 4K TVs as well as my XBOX1, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. It is very useful when the grandchildren come and play. You can play 1 console on 3 TVs or 1 separate console on each. Screens are easy to change, any combination is possible. After all this time I am back with this review because I am planning to move to the new XBOX and PS5 and I may need a 5 or 8 port system and wanted to share my experience and satisfaction with others. Generally a good and working product. I'm having a few issues with this device, but the only thing slowing it down is the size of the device. I use an IR blaster to expand my remote control options around the house. The only place this device can be plugged into is output A, coincidentally it also covers RS232 making it impossible for this device to connect to the network. This is a design issue. I love that I can switch all four of my inputs (Tivo, Roku4, Roku2, and Cable Box) to three of my TVs. I can display three different inputs or all the same and any combination in between. There is a button on the remote that looks like a power button, but when I press it it doesn't do anything for me. This J-Tech is simply gorgeous. I say that after using the Expert Connect 4x2 HDMI Splitter for two years. I have a simple setup of two TVs 12 feet apart and an OTA antenna. Right out of the box, the remote control didn't work properly in terms of power supply to the device. I contacted J-Tech and they said I need to update the firmware. I purchased this product to provide a better viewing experience with our satellite TV system and audio systems. The device currently has a Hopper 3 and a Joey connected to inputs 1 and 2. As other reviews state all screens flash when switching any inputs or outputs probably because all inputs and outputs need to re-sync which is why it is lose a star. Therefore, this switch is not useful for live performances. However, for my purposes it is acceptable and, most importantly, reliable so far.
