I couldn't get over the taste
I want a high protein shake because it's very hard to hit my protein goals without maximizing fat and carbs. It looked really promising; However, I couldn't bring myself to take more than one large sip. The flavor and thickness of the cocktail turned out to be worse than I expected based on my past experiences of different species. This is a personal opinion, maybe someone will like it. I will not buy it again.
