Cheap crap on controllers
This is a chat mixer you can't mix the volume, you can't change the game and chat volume, you only have one master volume and it speaks not loud, it has the same effect as if you just didn't use the chat mixer and plugged the mic directly into the controller, just get the turtle beach and save yourself the hassle.
