Used to cover the tops of the joists on the above ground pool deck. It's very very sticky when applied and I found that using a hard rubber roller made it stick better after applying it to the tops of the joists in long strips. While I was building the deck, it took several weeks between attaching the flashing sheets until I actually got all the decks to shade the flashing sheet. In some places the blinking started to go away, but clicking it again fixed it with no problem. Now that it's been about 6 months (and it's winter now) there are a few spots where it doesn't hold up well but the top of the bars is still well covered and gives the protection I wanted.
