Once assembled, the chair becomes durable and of excellent quality. I love that there are two types of wheels, with and without wheels. The footrest fits well and the seat is the height I need for my standing desk. I use a chair when I don't want to stand or rest my legs, and I don't have to lower the table when it gets high enough. The only complaint I have, as with many items that require assembly, is the fuzzy instructions where you don't put the parts together in the correct order. Following the instructions I had to remove the base as the next step was to screw on the back but the two screw holes were blocked by the base. The same applies to the footrest. They tried to list all the instructions with a picture with lots of lines and numbers, but it would be better to use multiple steps with progressive pictures.
