Review on 🔧 Premium Neutral Silicone Adhesive by Accumetric - Product Code 04073CL12 by Tony Wilson

Tried using it to cover the neck of a skimmer where I was having a slow leak. This material does NOT smooth out like normal silicone. I applied the product up to the neck of the skimmer and then smoothed it out with my finger (in a nitrile glove). The first part stuck to me and immediately ripped off the rest of the balloon. I have never managed to get a smooth pearl. I gave up after 3 tries.
