Works great though. for surge protector

I was very satisfied with the device. This is the only home with 12 outlets, three of which are always on. Now for the cons. When using an energy-efficient laptop like a MacBook Pro, there are times when the power draw falls below the device's threshold and it shuts down as if the laptop were off. The workaround is to plug one of the monitors into a control socket, but that's not a very pleasant solution since you're again unplugging multiple devices manually. Thanks to TrickleStar support for calling me back after leaving an angry voicemail.
