This is the third time I'm buying these because I love them so much I have to write this review now. The first 2 times I bought them they were great. Nicely packaged, smelled good, everything is fine. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to their products. The last time her purchase was so unusual, so terrible. I don't know if it's because this company has become more popular or something else, but the quality has really gone down the WORST. These bath bombs were delivered to my home on the 22nd October but as I work in the healthcare industry and am overwhelmed by Covid I want to open them up and try to use them until the evening. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that 2 of the 12 bath bombs were broken. I say very deformed, much smaller than others, just awful. The other 2 were literally half pulverized. They were still in plastic, but they were nothing more than a ball of powder in plastic. The box wasn't damaged so I doubt they broke in transit to me. Honestly, I would be very embarrassed if I were the brand owner and I sent such a product to my customers. It really was that bad. Then emails come. Eventually I liked them so much I signed up for their email alerts thinking I was getting 1-2 emails a day which is average for brands. But no, not with Bubbly Belle! I literally received 4-6 letters a day at all hours of the day and night, every single day until I unsubscribed. I know sales are an important part of any brand, but there's a line between trying to generate new sales and overdoing it to the point of stalking. They cross this point with great success. All in all I will not buy them again and will not recommend anyone to do so until they have their quality control issues fixed. I know they've gotten more popular, but it's just incredibly sad to see their products go down that far. I will not be returning to Bubbly Belle and will now be looking for another brand that makes quality products.
