Works very well. I bought this panic button to add to a device I already had.
What I don't like. It's easy to set up; battery life is sufficient; The sound alarm is very pleasant and can be set quite loud. While I could think of possible modifications that would make it even better, that's not to be expected from a product that costs so little. You need to focus on what matters most and if it delivers. It works very well for me when I take care of my wife in our house. If I'm outside or in a back room, she just presses the alarm button and I hear the handset ringing on my belt.
