My vacuum cleaner was well packaged, no problems with delivery and broken parts. I opened the box and there was very little assembly. It was heavy and the felt was good quality. However, the biggest problem I had with this T10 model was that it was very difficult for me to connect the downloaded application to the machine. I tried everything I knew. I didn't have the instructions in the box, they were useless, I even contacted the seller and they emailed me which turned out to be useless. After 2 days I finally got it. You need to have a robot, your Wi-Fi modem, and your cell phone in close proximity. You need to hold down the power button until you see a message about searching for Wi-Fi. Then you have to work with the app, I couldn't get the app to recognize my wifi, this let me enter my wifi password but didn't give me the option to select wifi. I finally got it working and started the application, this is very important, the application is everything for this machine, it gives you all the settings you need and important information about the cleaning process. It sends messages to the app when the robot has problems and you need to know what needs to be fixed or adjusted. In this case, the mat fibers always seem to get clogged in the base unit. You have to manually clean and clean the base unit every time. If I pause the cleaning process and empty earlier, I might not have this problem (I have a big house). Familiarize yourself with the application, this is very important, the application is everything for this machine, there is NO instruction on how to use the application. Overall I like this machine, it does a good job and I like to use the hot mop function (just add hot water) to mop wooden floors. If the manufacturer can address these few issues I would give this car an excellent rating.
