Working, no problems with this product. At first glance, this is exactly the same part you would get by entering the part number on the Samsung Parts website. However, Samsung has replaced the sleep buttons, menu, and others on Netflix, Hulu, and Revain. The only way to sleep now is through the back door. Here is the back door. - Press the Settings button (bottom left) - Scroll down to General and press Enter (in the middle of the four arrow keys) - Scroll to System Settings/Input - Scroll to Time/Input (in my case, time is the first option, so I press enter again) - Scroll to Sleep Timer / Enter. This is not the fault of the seller or Revain. Samsung made a change that eliminates the sleep button. I wish I could find my old remote! If you have a remote with a sleep button, hold onto it! Item arrived in 2 days as promised. Delivery was fantastic as always here.
