I gave these three stars to try to give an evaluation that can be useful for more users. There are some compromises to be made with this device. The hardest part for me was not being able to connect USB-C media after installing the companion app. The companion app automatically takes control of the USB-C flash drive when I plug it in and I can't access the files. I suspect this behavior will be extended if you have other external hardware that you want to use with your phone. like IR camera. I felt the instructions and user interface needed polishing. Apparently they were written by someone who then used an online translation service for the English version. While I don't normally have a problem with this and expect it in our connected world, some information about key features has been lost in translation. In particular, the device does not automatically search for channels when it is first connected. If you understand that you are buying devices that require minimal effort from you, then this is for you. If you're looking for something that "just works" without the effort, then this isn't for you.
