Does not fit Elvie Stride flange as advertised. It is too thin to fit the 24 mm flange snuggly, therefore, creating room for air and milk to leak around the insert. This causes reduced suction and leaking milk (if you tilt backwards even a little). My Medela Flexfit and Spectra flanges faired no better.I used these a couple of times before I abandoned them completely for my other brand. My observation is that I produced about half as much using the Maymom inserts. Between the set, one side barely produced at all. I switched the flange and my other side produced barely anything. This leads me to believe there is a quality issue. Whether one is a hair thinner than the other or what, there is something different between the two. I used both my Elvie Stride and Medela Sonata to test these inserts.As a note for Elvie OG, just like many other brands, Maymom's is too long and obstructs the holes under the membrane which produce the suction for the pump. Typically, you can cut the insert so it doesn't obstruct these holes, but Maymom has a suction ring right where you need to cut, so you risk suction by cutting these inserts to fit Elvie OG flanges.
