Does not fit Elvie Stride flange as advertised. It is too thin to fit the 24 mm flange snuggly, therefore, creating room for air and milk to leak around the insert. This causes reduced suction and leaking milk (if you tilt backwards even a little). My Medela Flexfit and Spectra flanges faired no better.I used these a couple of times before I abandoned them completely for my other brand. The first time I used it I don’t think I pushed it in good enough I to the flange. Gave it a second try and my pump works better with them in! The suction is so much better and I’m so happy I found these

They’re exactly what I needed. Exactly pictured and a biggggg help. They come in a little case of their own and have instructions.

I have the original Maymom inserts in multiple sizes from my last pregnancy. I wanted to try a few smaller sizes this time (after having actually taken my measurements) but also got another set of 19 mm. I have a motif Duo and Luna, a Medea hand pump, Legendairy cups, and the Momcozy M1. These blue/green inserts fit better than the originals for each pump/flange.
