I have the original Maymom inserts in multiple sizes from my last pregnancy. I wanted to try a few smaller sizes this time (after having actually taken my measurements) but also got another set of 19 mm. I have a motif Duo and Luna, a Medea hand pump, Legendairy cups, and the Momcozy M1. These blue/green inserts fit better than the originals for each pump/flange. The originals were great but these are even better. I also liked that each size was a different color. I often use 19 mm for both sides but I can see it being a time saver for someone who uses a different size on each side, never having to find the numbers on the side to figure out which goes where.Overall, an amazing product that seems to fit most, if not all, flanges/pumps. I love them!
