Review on Exerscribe Cordless Leg Compression Massager - Portable Foot and Leg Massager Boots for Relaxation, Recovery & Circulation (Large) by Tina Ramirez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I use them before bed when I have time and I'm not in a hurry to go to bed.

They really squeeze your legs. I have problems with my left ankle and nerve problems in both legs. When I use this I get some relief from my nerve problem. I'm going for a 30 min lesson on the letter "D". It's easy to increase the pressure level. The device is pretty quiet. I wear headphones and turn on soothing music as I get ready for bed. I also watch TV but I find it best to have programs that are less stressful to be the best for me. I wear something cotton over my legs when I put them on. I tried different intensity levels. Now I go to point 7, 8. Sometimes I can go to 9 or 10. It goes higher, but it was too intense for me. Since the gyms are closed and I'm not working on building leg muscles, I might go higher in this case. For me, this is something that a masseur cannot do. After the session I can see the contours of my veins on my legs. so far very satisfied. I make sure to deflate after the session and carefully roll them up ready for the next session. The key is to keep it where you're going to use it and create a template that works for you.
