Good shoes but some problems

These shoes fit well and are quite comfortable. However, I can't say much about the Skechers Memory Foam insoles. Memory foam responds to heat rather than pressure. So if you wear the shoe long enough to keep your feet warm, memory foam offers very little cushioning or support. Despite this, the shoes are quite comfortable and are like any other Skechers shoes I've had. The upper made of brown leather is very durable. I scratched and scratched them several times. While the abrasions are initially clearly visible, they disappear after a few hours and return to the original color of the shoe. I've had mine for a few weeks now and despite considerable wear and tear, they look almost brand new. My only complaint is that the fabric lining is peeling off one of the insoles. Most Skechers I've had have had this issue, but it happened within a week of wearing them. The fabric has now peeled away about 3/4 inch from the inside edge of the left boot. It hasn't caused any complaints so far but is disappointing for a pair of almost new boots. not legendary. If you have a high arch, these shoes will not be comfortable for you. If you have flat feet, be aware that these shoes do have some arch support, but it is minimal and you could probably wear them comfortably glued to the sole of the shoe, which means they are NOT removable. Median arches of some flat feet should be fine; if you go to extremes, you should probably look for other shoes.
