08/20/21 just received my article and of course decided to check how the system actually works. The first and second inserts I tried didn't work, but the last 4 did. I'll probably just turn in the other two since waiting for a replacement with the possibility that they won't fit won't work either. The material seems to warp, but we'll see when I use them. I probably should have followed my intuition and shelled out the extra $20 for the penguin branding system instead.
