I bought bags from another alternative brand for my Food Saver because branded bags are very expensive. They could have given away the Food Saver and just sold the bags and undoubtedly would have been successful. But after 2 successful orders for an alternative product the last batch just didn't work, the food rescuer couldn't suck the air out of them anymore and they didn't close properly and they were sent back. Reviews for these bags have been positive for both Food Saver and Sous Vide Cooking, which I do. The price is a bit higher and the rollers don't fit in the device - these are small things that are easy to get a grip on. them until they let me down.
