I got these pants as something comfy & cute to wear around the house, doing gardening, or even for a grocery run. They are perfect for all that - I only wish they had POCKETS! Also, it states elastic in the description. Mine is only a drawstring - no elastic. The drawstring came out in the wash but luckily I can put them back in. Knot the ends before washing! I washed and dried them in my machines on regular wash & dry cycle. No issues. If there was shrinkage, it was minimal. I wish there were other prints that I liked and that these had pockets. Actual substantial pockets like they put in men's clothing. WOMEN'S CLOTHES NEED POCKETS! :D
