Review on Osiris 1268 RELIC Charcoal White by James Vilchez

I ordered these direct from the osirisshoes website and was very disappointed with the customer service. I referred to the Osiris size chart and the shoe was too small. At first I wanted to exchange the shoes for a larger size, but after I had to pay shipping, Osiris made you pay for return shipping as well. Considering the problem was with the wrong size company, that seems crazy to me. All in all I paid about $30 just to have her shoes shipped to me and back. Very disappointed. I ended up going with Etnies which are about the same price and better quality. Osiris shoes felt plasticy and cheap so I'm glad I didn't trade them in and was able to get better shoes. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Osiris, they have poor customer support.
