Unfortunately I have to change my rating. After wearing shoes for 2 1/2 days my feet are killing me in the toe box. I even increased the size. At first they seemed good. But the toe box curves a lot on the outside of the toes, and because of the healing height, it keeps pushing and pinching your feet. I'm older, have soft bones and don't need broken bones. I even ordered half a size up and put it on a stretcher for 24 hours. It didn't change the strength of my foot, which was stuck in a toe box that was too small. I took a chance and lost $40. Should have spent a lot more for better quality. Orthopedic quality has a wider toe box. They should not be advertised as such at all.
