I'm sure they work well for some people but my hair HATED these curlers. I have dry, long, very straight, soft, slightly tangled hair. Lately I mostly use sponge rollers and they tear my hair too so I thought I'd give these a try. They were a lot worse for me. They didn't even get curls because they stuck to my hair like thorns. It was very strange because I carefully combed and parted my hair. Anyway, I figured they wouldn't stay home. Little did I know it would be very difficult for me to pull them out! And I didn't sleep on them or anything - I think I only had them for about ten minutes (that was a test run to see if they would work for a TV project I'm working on and they failed). Like I said, I bet a lot of people get good results from it, but for me, they don't! The quality is good and they will definitely fit someone, it's only for people like me with velcro!
