Mascara on top as always. I am a master class tattoo artist with over 32 years of experience. Since it is almost impossible to find black Pelikan ink, it is an ink. Just a MAIN. Can all ink manufacturers make a bottle that doesn't leak? I mean enough of this shit. Every tattoo artist uses black ink most of the time, we don't have time to wipe up spilled ink or wipe up bottle caps that leak everywhere. Come on, don't make me sell ink and your sales will drop by 90%. I've always said if you want to be a supplier to this industry, do the right thing and do the right thing. The mascara is great as always but I prefer it on my clients skin rather than the floor.
