Incredible Product for those looking into Remote Monitoring Software
The customer support at least once per month with all their questions answered in order to help us get our operation running smoothly again after an outage! Great team of people who are always willing & able to assist you when it comes time implement new systems or processes - without any push back from them they will do whatever needs done so we can move forward as quickly (and efficiently) possible!! We've been using this product since 2012 during my tenure there I have never seen anything not likeable about how easy/efficiently everything works together- even if its something simple such creating work orders etc.- but moreso just being honest up front what your expectations may be regarding setup / training needed vs actual benefits realized by implementation process itself.

- Easy Processes for configuring tools that need no additional assistance other than getting started..if only life was more black white..its much easier having things already set, prepped , ready made then going through hours upon HOURS worth trialing various possibilities before figuring which route seems most reliable.at times i am reminded why some folks dislike Microsoft Dynamics CRM...not because is doesn't
