Very happy with it! It heats up very quickly and gets very hot. The glove that comes with it is a must-have accessory, but it doesn't protect you from burns if you wear it for too long. You really only have to hold it down for a few seconds. Ends change easily and quickly. Even without prior knowledge, I found this iron easy to use. I used the large non-tapered one for the hair and the smallest tapered one for my daughter. Looks great! I recommend using a heat protectant spray. Point the iron upside down. Start at the top and wrap your way down. Make sure you get the ends. Loosen the curl and then spritz it. Allow to dry and cool completely, then gently peel off with your fingers. The curls fall out in a few hours.
