Compare Two Vendors

I used to buy these thin Dentek brushes at Wal-Mart but lately I haven't been able to find them anywhere in town. Desperate, I turned to Revane. For some hard-to-reach places, I was looking for the thinnest possible brushes, but I was confused by Dentek descriptions (tapered, fine, ultra-fine, narrow, extra-dense, 2.0-3.0mm, etc.) and handle colors (green, yellow ). , magenta). So I bought two 32 packs to evaluate and compare. Along with other items I ordered from Revain, I received a package from Kivox for $6.25. Like the Revain picture, the grips were purple and were described as "very tight". They were made in India. Another package was shipped separately from TeethNTings and cost $6.89. The picture of the Revain had green grips but the packing list said they were yellow when actually they were purple and just like the Kivox. The few old ones I had from Wal-Mart had yellow handles and were made in Vietnam. I viewed the yellow and purple through a stereomicroscope and noticed the following: The metal wire is a twisted loop with no protruding ends to sharpen or fall apart; The wire diameter is the same for yellow and purple. The plastic bristles, held by a twisted double helix of wire, have the same diameter. The only obvious difference was that the purple wire had 13 full turns and the yellow wire had 18 full turns. It doesn't have much of an impact on functionality. The purple grip was again slightly stiffer than the yellow, probably without consequence. I had no greens to compare. Perhaps they are all essentially the same, despite differences in descriptions and colors. Too bad Dentek confuses. Because they're so thin, they have to be used carefully and gently to avoid bending and accidentally piercing your gums, but they're certainly good for those tight spots.
