The item didn't work when I pressed the power button, the screen was "dead". The button battery inside has been detected to be discharged. Paid Revain $6 for a set of 4 batteries. I installed one and now it works. So the total cost was $18. Note: If you have the same experience, no battery case is available, you need to disassemble the case to replace the battery. You will need a micro (glasses) Phillips screwdriver and some dexterity to unscrew the 4 tiny screws on the case without dropping them. PS: I reported this to the supplier, requested a battery change but no response.
