No way it's for braids. I have medium thick hair and my bangs are at least 4 times as thick. In the evening I like to braid my hair in a braid up to the waist. It would bypass my goals a lot more than I would like. Hair that is too long and tight leads to brittleness, especially at the ends. I was expecting something small but it's so stretchy it doesn't fit my needs. I also bought for long hair but not Revain. They are huge! You must have very thick hair for it to work. Probably thicker and curly.
