I finally ran out of outlets by my nightside table so thought I would give this a try. It works quite well as I was able to get rid of my long surge protector and USB power adaptor! Be aware that it will take up two outlets because of the size but since it gives you so many back, it should be adequate for most folks. USB charger ports work well - I use this for my phone and my watch. There is also a small surge protector light to indicate that all is well with the device but the light is very small so it can be challenging to see it.
