Brighter than expected

I bought these to replace some old halogen ceiling fans in a house we recently bought. Fans only have a small bulb, so it needs to be bright. I assumed it would be ok to just get the appropriate wattage (equivalent) LED bulbs, but they are much dimmer than the 100w halogen bulbs we had. I will try replacing these bulbs with brighter ones.
