Did not pair with Geenie App, Not UL listed TRASH CAN

This product is not UL listed. That's on me for not checking but installing a non UL listed receptacle in your home is dangerous. Lets say your house burns down and it was because of this plug. Your insurance that is doing everything it can to not pay you may say "you violated National Electric Code by installing a Non Listed an Non approved receptacle." device would not pair. I have other geenie products that paired fine but not this. Feels cheaply made and sketchy. Overall bad buying experience. Not worth my time returning a 20 something dollar plug i already wasted time installing and trying to pair so i guess i just flushed it because this thing is going in the trash. Instructions are bad.

This product is an excellent investment for those who want to reduce their electricity bill, thanks to its energy-saving features
