This review gets 5 stars for excellent customer service when it didn't fit properly. I wear between a 9 and 9.5 so I knew ordering this in a size 9 was risky but there was no larger option. When I tried them on, they pinched my toes too much and I got blisters. It's not the shoes or the company - just my foot! The material is great, very flexible, the heel is a little chunky but for the price they are amazing. When I contacted the company to see if there was a way to go up a size (as I love the concept of this shoe) they helped me get a full refund and let me keep the shoes I already have have. Bigger shoes weren't available, but I was very grateful for the quick and friendly service. I'm passing them on to another dancer with smaller legs!
