I live in an apartment building where our window cleaner couldn't clean one of my windows because he couldn't remove the grille. All my windows would be clean except for this one and it was driving me crazy. This product saved my sanity. There is some learning curve and little how-to guides, but there are videos of similar products. I used a drop of dish soap as a cleaner but that was a mistake. I think plain water or Vindex will do. Just make sure the cleaning pads are fully saturated. Overall this product works as described and I'm so glad I got it.
