Honestly I never imagined myself as a person who would dress their dog up but everything changed when we got our dog Dexter. He is a small terrier (only 15 pounds) and we usually clip his fur. Even though he's grown up (as he is now), he doesn't have a thick skin. So we dressed him up in sweaters and sweatshirts to keep him warm on those cold winter nights. Those pajamas seemed like a good idea too. I wasn't sure about the size but as it turned out the instructions on how to measure it were spot on for the money. We ended up getting a big one and the pajamas fit him perfectly. The jumpsuit is cut so that dogs can bathe in it. Dexter seemed really comfortable in this outfit, but when we put him to bed in his kennel he curled up a bit. So while this may seem like a good garment for warmth, it's not good for sleeping if your dog is moving. I was also impressed by the softness of the clothes.
