Review on 🐾 D-Mannose Supplement with Real Chicken for Dogs and Cats: Ultimate UTI Relief and Kidney Stone Prevention - Extra Strength 115g by Maili Silcox

After my poor dog had 3 UTIs in 6 months I was looking for something to help them prevent them. My dog has been taking pills daily since he was a year old and doesn't usually give me any trouble taking the pills but after 3 cycles of antibiotics in 6 months she started giving me trouble so I wanted something I could sprinkle on her food so she would think of more than just another drug. After some research I found this product and decided to give it a try. The powder is a little thicker so it is sometimes difficult to spoon and doesn't spill onto her feed as easily as other powders I give her, but that doesn't bother her or me. My dog is quite a picky eater and loves the taste of chicken. She has not had a UTI since she started taking the supplement in February 2021. I started with three scoops a day for the first few months and then reduced it to two scoops a day. The jar looks small but it lasted about three months at 3 scoops a day. Even after reducing her daily dose, she is still free from urinary tract infections. I would highly recommend this product to anyone whose dogs suffer from chronic urinary tract infections. I have read some reviews of people using this product to treat UTIs in their dogs but I don't. I use this as a prevention not a cure so I can't say if it actually cures UTIs but I can confirm that it works to prevent them.
