The only reason I give 4 stars is because I feel this is more of a care product than its use to treat and eliminate UTIs. I have still had to take our dog to the vet for antibiotics but 2 of our dogs have this product and it seems to be working well. Both of our girls tend to get urinary tract infections in spring and fall. Hopefully this will keep us from visiting the vet clinic this fall! Yes, I will definitely be buying more!

I bought this as a preventative but didn't bother to use it until my pup had UTIs. I decided to give it a try over the weekend since my vet was closed. On the second day I noticed a difference but increased the UTI by one more day just in case (instead of 3 times a day for 3 days I gave it 3 times for 4 days). I made an appointment with the vet to see if it was working and my vet said my pup's urine test was back to normal. Will definitely continue to use this as recurring UTIs are a problem.

This is a very wet substance. but when I opened the container I couldn't find the measuring spoon. The powder inside was very light and airy. Now I don't know what the real dose is. As I suspect the compressed powder might be too high a dose. The shovel is too big for the container. And mine was even bent and pinched and difficult to pry off; he is free. I can't speak about the effectiveness of this product, we have given it to cats after having one of them hospitalized the second time for urinary tract blockage. The vet told us there was little chance of the disease coming back so I can't say for sure how much it would help, but as a precaution they suggested it anyway.
